Employer Matching Gifts

Maximize the impact of your charitable giving through your employer’s matching gift program! Many companies offer matching gift programs that can double or even triple the value of your contribution to the Grays Harbor College Foundation. This is an excellent way to enhance the support for our students and programs at no additional cost to you.

How It Works

  1. Check Eligibility: First, find out if your employer offers a matching gift program. This information is usually available on your company’s intranet or by contacting your HR department.
  2. Submit a Request: Once you confirm your employer participates, request a matching gift form from your company. Complete the necessary details about your donation to:

  3. Send the Form: Submit the completed form to your employer as instructed. 
  4. We’ll Handle the Rest: After your employer processes the request, they will send the matching gift to the Grays Harbor College Foundation, amplifying the impact of your original donation.
