In 2025, GHC faculty member Brenda Rolfe-Maloney established the Gail Rolfe Memorial Scholarship, to honor her mother’s legacy of love, dedication to learning, and community service. This past fall, the Foundation selected Gabriel Parks the scholarship’s first recipient.
As a music major, Parks is a dedicated member of seven ensembles on campus — including Steel Drums, in which, the Foundation was thrilled to learn, he and Rolfe-Maloney play together! Parks aspires to become a music teacher, to create opportunities for future young musicians.
