Meet Alannah Cross

Alum Spotlight: GHC alum Alannah Cross is doing her co-op (similar to an internship) with the British Columbia Ministry of Forests as a Resource Practices Policy Coordinator!

Alannah graduated from GHC with her BAS in Forest Resources Management in 2022 and is in her first year of the Master of Public Administration program at University of Victoria in Canada. During her journey at GHC, Alannah was the recipient of the Richard & Patricia Hole Scholarship, the George V. & Millie K. Lonngren Scholarship, the Stewart Educational Fund Scholarship, and the James Davis – Forestry & Natural Resources Tool Scholarship. She also served as the Foundation’s work study student and is a current recipient of the E.K. and Lillian F. Bishop Graduate Scholarship. Most recently, Alannah worked as a forester and wildland firefighter for the Quinault Indian Nation.
