The past year has seen many changes at the state and federal levels in the landscape of higher education funding and policy. These changes have led to significant losses of funding to training programs, as well as student support service programs, that help recruit and retain students, and assist those students toward graduation. These funding losses have major implications for colleges around the country, and for rural community colleges like ours in particular.
Support from our steadfast community of donors allows the Grays Harbor College Foundation to step in and support GHC and its students in places where government funding is uncertain or no longer available. As we move into the new year, we are grateful to have you alongside us while we work to navigate the changing landscape of higher education.
